
We are currently engaged on the $350M flood restoration program as a result of the 2022 floods. Our role includes program wide management planning and reporting along with project management of several packages of work. We are engaged to undertake all claims and reporting for the DRFA process.

The Bourne Projects team assisted Evolution Mining with feasibility study support and preliminary execution of the Cowal Gold Operations Open Pit Continuation. This included construction advice, procurement and execution planning through to running the Early Contractor Involvement phase of the project.

Getting back to our construction engineering roots we were engaged to provide on site engineering and technical support for the $50M Clarence Way upgrade. The engagement involved the day to day WHS, quality, environmental, procurement and progress management of the project.

Our team has been both on the ground and behind the drawing board for the Inland Rail program. We have been directly involved in the construction of the Parkes to Narromine section and involved in the constructability support of the Beveridge to Albury, Albury to Illabo and Stockinbingal to Parkes section of the program.

Bourne Projects provided Project Management for Civil Mining and Construction for the design and construction of the Shannon Creek Dam Tailwater structure. The project involved over 3000m3 of concrete and 150 anchor piers constructed in a live spillway requiring extensive planning and safety controls. The structure was 7m high, 40m wide and 60m long
